This article looks at the minimum requirements for setup of WebRTC softphone. There are additional features that can be configured for the Agent to use.
Navigate to the Campaigns option under the Management section of the left sidebar. After selecting the option, the browser will load the “Campaign Management” window. Select the Edit button of the desired Campaign. Go to the Template Parameters Tab. The below image is what is required as a minimum. Click Save button.
