Agents can be assigned to a Team within the Team Members menu option in Management. Select this option and “Team Management” window will appear in the right pane. Select the Project in which to assign Agents to.

Assigning Agents To Teams

After selecting a Project, you can assign an Agent to a Team by the following:

  1. Select an unassigned Agent from the Members dropdown list
  2. Choose the Team of which the Agent will be part of from the Switch to team dropdown
  3. Click Change to finish your selection

You can also use this procedure to move Users from one Team to another.


Besides an immediate change of Team, you can also make the change effective from a certain date. Simply choose the day the change needs to become effective from the calendar menu and Save the change.
