Teams is a module where you can assign Agents directly to a Team to create an easy overview of the Team's performance. This information can also be used to improve teamwork. NOTE: Configuration of Projects must be setup prior to creating Teams.
When you click the Teams menu option in Management, the “Team Management” window will appear in the right pane.
Creating A New Team
To create a new Team, click the + Add Team button. You will see the “Create Team” window where you can configure the following:
- Team Name: Enter a name
- Tenant: Assign to the appropriate customer
- Project: A Project must be created in Planning module and assigned
- Active: Determines whether you activate the Team and make visible within your environment. You only need to check or uncheck the tick box
- Click Save button
